Here is the no-bake triple chocolate cheesecake!
This recipe is just perfect! You’ll only need a short preparation time, making it ideal for last-minute guests or when you don’t have much time to dedicate to dessert preparation.
I based it on my no-bake cheesecake recipe. For reference, here are some delicious variations based on this preparation:

What are the other advantages of this no-bake triple chocolate cheesecake?
- Well, first of all, it’s super tasty! Even very indulgent!
- There’s chocolate, so it can only be a good idea. Even better! There are three chocolates!! My little finger tells me that means it’s three times better… It’s math! 😉
- It’s a fresh, creamy, and smooth dessert. Perfect for the beautiful late spring or summer days.
As for preparation, as I mentioned, it’s very simple. There’s no baking involved, just a bit of melted butter. That’s a great thing when it’s hot, and you hesitate to turn on the oven. Then, you just have to mix the ingredients. I often make this recipe with my kids. I have three: each one gets to handle a chocolate layer!
The only important thing is the chilling time. Allow at least 2 hours. If you have 4 hours, even better. It’s also possible to prepare this no-bake triple chocolate cheesecake the day before, as it keeps very well. Another great tip to simplify meal planning.
The necessary utensils:
A small saucepan,
A blender to crush the Speculoos biscuits (otherwise, a freezer bag and a rolling pin will do the trick),
A pastry ring 5-6 cm high and 20-22 cm in diameter,
Rhodoid to prevent the creamy filling from sticking to the ring,
And an offset spatula to smooth the layers.

No Bake triple Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Crust
- 50 g butter
- 100 g Graham crackers (or Speculoos biscuits)
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- Batter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 g cream cheese
- 40 g brown sugar
- 20 g sugar
- 150 g liquid cream
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 55 g milk chocolate
- 55 g white chocolate
Instructions
Crust
Crush your graham crackers or Speculoos with a rolling pin until very fine crumbs form.
Pour crumbs into a bowl and add the melted butter and cocoa, and stir until well combined.
Press flat the crumb mixture into a springform pan. Chill crust in your fridge.
Batter
Mix vanilla extract, sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Whip the cream in order to make a chantilly (without sugar !). And add it to the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.
Melt separately the 3 chocolates.
Pour the cream cheese batter in 3 bowls adding the same quantity in each one.
Add the melted dark chocolate in one bowl. Combine.
Pour the filling into the crust; smooth the top with a rubber spatula.
Add the melted milk chocolate to the second bowl. Combine.
Pour the filling on top of the dark chocolate batter layer; smooth the top with a rubber spatula.
Add the melted white chocolate to the third bowl. Combine.
Pour the filling on top of the milk chocolate batter layer; smooth the top with a rubber spatula.
Set aside in your fridge for 3 hours.
When serving, add your topping of choice.
