Here is my energizing detox juice!
So, as you’ll see, this recipe is super simple and super quick to make. It’s a perfect juice for starting a little dietary reset or just enjoying some delicious fruit! The texture is quite thick when made with a blender (as I did here). But you can also use a juicer if you have one. Personally, I like this slightly thick, rich consistency. 😉

For the ingredients, I focused on a fiber and vitamin combo. See for yourself…
Pineapple.
Pineapple is a delicious tropical fruit packed with health benefits. Rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C, it boosts the immune system and helps fight fatigue and infections.
It also contains bromelain, an enzyme with anti-inflammatory properties that aids digestion and reduces bloating. Pineapple is also a weight-loss ally thanks to its low calorie content and high fiber content, which provides long-lasting satiety.
In addition to its digestive benefits, it promotes cardiovascular health by reducing inflammation and improving blood circulation. Its antioxidants help combat cellular aging and protect the skin.
Whether eaten fresh, in juice, or in sweet and savory dishes, pineapple is a great addition to a balanced and delicious diet. Add it to your routine to enjoy its many benefits!
Kiwi.
Kiwi is a fruit with numerous health benefits. Rich in vitamin C, it strengthens the immune system and helps combat fatigue. It also contains antioxidants that protect cells from aging and oxidative stress.
Thanks to its high fiber content, kiwi promotes digestion and helps regulate intestinal transit. It is also beneficial for cardiovascular health, as it helps reduce cholesterol levels and improves blood circulation.
This fruit is also a good source of potassium, essential for proper muscle and nerve function. Its low-calorie content makes it an ideal ally for a balanced diet.
Apple.
Apple is a fruit with numerous health benefits. Rich in fiber, it aids digestion and promotes healthy intestinal transit, thanks to its pectin content. It also helps regulate cholesterol and blood sugar levels, making it an excellent ally for cardiovascular health.
An important source of antioxidants, apple protects cells against aging and strengthens the immune system. It is also composed of more than 80% water, which promotes hydration and satiety, making it ideal for a balanced diet.
Low in calories, it can be eaten at any time of the day, as a snack or incorporated into various recipes. With its many varieties, it offers a range of flavors and textures. Eating an apple a day is a simple step towards better health!
The Lemon-Ginger Duo.
Lemon and ginger form a powerful combination with numerous health benefits. Rich in antioxidants and vitamins, they strengthen the immune system and help the body fight infections.
Lemon, thanks to its vitamin C content, promotes digestion and boosts metabolism. It also helps cleanse the body by facilitating the elimination of toxins. Its alkalizing effect helps balance the body’s pH and reduce gastric acidity.
Ginger, on the other hand, has anti-inflammatory and digestive properties. It helps relieve nausea, improves blood circulation, and may even aid in weight management by stimulating thermogenesis.
Whether in an infusion or juice, the combination of lemon and ginger provides energy and vitality while promoting overall well-being. A natural duo to incorporate into your daily routine!
Well, if this hasn’t convinced you that this recipe is just perfect for you, then I’ll hang up my apron!!
And speaking of aprons, let’s put one on and head to the kitchen to make a delicious energizing detox juice!
