Pizza making
Take one pizza dough.
Work it by hand gently, press in the center to enlarge it keeping a bit more thickness on the boarders. You should get a 20 cm diameter dough.
Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 25 g cheese cut in thin slices.
Fold to get a half disc shape.
Place immediately in your pizza oven heated at 400 C / 750 F degrees and cook for 2 minutes.
Once the dough is cooked, open the sandwich pizza, add one or two slices of tomato, a handful of Mesclun, a slice of Prosciutto and a large tbsp of cooked onions.
Fold back, your sandwich pizza is ready!
Start again with the three other doughs and filling.
