Coconut and Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 200 g ground coconut
- 150 g egg whites
- 160 g sugar
- 60 g de milk chocolate
Instructions
Preheat your oven at 210 C / 410 F degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the chocolate.
Heat some water in a sauce pan and place your bowl on top. Whisk for 3-4 minutes with this double-boiler.
Use two teaspoons to shape balls and place them on a baking mat.
Cook for 10 minutes, turn the mat after 5 minutes of cooking.
Let cool down on a grid.
Melt the chocolate. Soak the bottom of your coconut cookies into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment paper until the chocolate hardens.
