In order to celebrate the international Italian Cuisine Day, I decided to make pizza. No big surprise here… Or is it??
Yes, I decided to make pizza but not any kind! An apple and hazelnut pizza!! Bold move? You tell me!

Apple and Hazelnut Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (300 g)
- 50 g mascarpone
- 3 apples
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 20 g butter
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts
- Nutella
Instructions
Preheat your oven at 220 C / 430 F degrees.
Spread the pizza dough and add the mascarpone leaving 1,5 cm free at the boarder.
Peel the apples and cut them in rather thin slices. Place them on the dough as you see fit.
Spread the brown sugar and chopped hazelnuts.
Add the butter cut in small bits all over the apples.
Cook for 18 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add the Nutella and serve!
