Hello my lovelies!
Do you know wild garlic? A plant that you can find in March and April in the woods and that smells like garlic. It’s divine and has a very subtle taste.
Here is my wild garlic pesto recipe. Add it to your pastas or on a grilled fish and it will be heavenly!
Let’s see the recipe, Chef!
Wild Garlic Pesto
Ingredients
- 100 g wild garlic
- 40 g grated parmesan
- 30 g pine nuts
- 1/2 tsp flower salt
- 5-6 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Wash the wild garlic and remove the stalks.
Dry the leaves with a clean linen.
Place the leaves in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix with a blender until you get the pesto texture.
Pour in a jar, cover with a thin layer of olive oil to avoid oxidation.
It's ready!
