Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 240 g milk
- 50 g vegetal oil
- 180 g flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Peel and crush your bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
Add the eggs, milk and oil. Combine.
Add the flour, baking soda and salt.
Combine with a whisk until homogeneous.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in your frying pan.
Cook your pancakes.
