Let’s see the recipe, Chef!
Easter Eggs Cheesecake Style
Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs
- 200 g chocolate
- 2 g Mycryo (optional) (cocoa butter)
- Biscuit
- 20 g melted butter
- 50 g graham crackers
- Cream
- 150 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 25 g caster sugar
- 75 g liquid cream
- Decoration
- 3 or 4 colored Easter eggs
Instructions
Chocolate eggs
Melt the chocolate
Add the Mycryo powder, combine and pour into your egg molds.
Set aside the remaining chocolate.
Once the chocolat is hard enough, unmold.
Biscuit
Crush your graham crackers into very fine crumbs form.
Pour crumbs into a bowl and add the melted butter, and stir until well combined.
Pour a 1 to 2 cm thick layer in your chocolate egg shells.
Gently press flat the crumb mixture.
Cream
Mix the cream cheese, vanilla sugar and sugar.
Combine until smooth.
Whip the cream in order to make a chantilly. And add it gently to the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.
Pour the filling onto the egg shells, smooth the top with a rubber spatula.
Decoration
Melt again the remaining chocolate.
Pipe a few lines of chocolate, spread biscuit crumbs.
Add your chopped colored Easter eggs.
Set aside in your fridge until serving.
