I made this mango mule cocktail just for you and I’m sure you’re gonna like it!

Mango Mule Mocktail
Ingredients
- 10 cl water
- 15 g sugar
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 1/2 lime juice
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 ripe mango
- 30 cl sparkling water (or Tonic)
Instructions
Pour the water and sugar in a small sauce pan.
Heat until it boils then lower the heat.
Peel the ginger and cut thin slices. Add to the sauce pan.
Cook for 10 minutes at low heat.
Drain to remove the ginger slices and set this syrup aside until cold.
Pour the lime juice in your container.
Add half of the syrup.
Remove the passion fruit pulp and drain to get as much juice as possible.
Add the juice to the previous mix.
Add diced mango to a blender until you have a smooth puree.
Pour the mango puree over the ice.
Top off the mocktail with sparkling water, adjusting the amount to achieve your desired level of sweetness and fizziness. Add more syrup if you want.
Pour in two glasses and... cheers!
