Smoked Salmon Cruffins
Ingredients
- 1 can of croissant pastry (240 g)
- 50 g cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4-6 stalks fresh coriander
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- 20 g butter
- Parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven at 200 C / 390 F degrees.
Spread the croissant pastry.
"Weld" the doted lines initially made to make croissants.
Cut the pastry into 4 rectangles.
Spread cream cheese on all rectangles.
Spread salt and pepper.
Place the coriander leaves on top.
Add the smoked salmon cut into stripes.
Roll each rectangle lengthwise.
Cut each in half, lengthwise.
Roll each piece and place into your buttered muffin mold.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Melt the butter and add the chopped parsley. Brush the cruffins with the melted butter when removing from the oven.
Serve!
