And I went for fried shrimps with soy sauce and spinach curry! Interested?

Fried Shrimps with Soy Sauce and Spinach Curry
Ingredients
- Shrimps
- 270 g shrimps
- 10 g butter
- 20 cl savory soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Curry
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp oil
- 20 cl coconut milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp curry
- 1/2 tsp curcuma
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Red mild pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Noodles
- 200 g rice noodles
Instructions
Curry
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add the minced onion.
Stir fry for 1 minute then add the curry, the grated garlic and ginger.
After 2 minutes, add 1/2 cup of water. Cook at medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the spinach, coconut milk and spices, salt, pepper.
Stew 10 minutes with lid at low heat.
Shrimps
In the meantime, heat the butter in another frying pan and stir fry the shrimps until golden.
Pour the soy sauce and maple syrup, help with a spoon so that to spread sauce on the shrimps.
Noodles
Cook the rice noodles in boiling water according to the instructions on the package.
Place the noodles in your plates les nouilles dans vos assiettes, add the spinach curry and the shrimps.
You can spread sesame seeds and chopped chive on top.

Je suis ravie pour le curry. En revanche, je suis surprise par le côté trop salé des crevettes vu que je ne rajoute pas de sel. Ça dépend je pense de votre sauce soja et peut-être aussi de votre façon de saler habituellement. Faites un mélange sauce soja salée et sauce soja sucrée la prochaine fois.
